H&H Mechanical provided and installed the following systems for the office and warehouse facility:
This project reached substantial completion as a new construction HVAC system built around multiple packaged rooftop units supplying a variable air volume (VAV) air distribution system. RTUs were set, rigged, and secured to manufacturer requirements, with supply, return, and outside air ductwork installed and sealed to SMACNA standards.
Each RTU was started up and commissioned. Economizer operation, safety interlocks, and control sequences were verified. Supply fan operation, static pressure control, and outside air minimums were adjusted to meet engineered design criteria.
VAV terminal units were installed with properly sized duct connections, airflow sensors, and control dampers to support zone-level airflow modulation. Minimum and maximum airflow setpoints were programmed and verified, and terminal units were balanced to design CFM. Thermostats and control devices were calibrated and integrated into the building control system to coordinate operation between RTUs and VAV boxes.
Final testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) confirmed compliance with design airflow, static pressure, and temperature control requirements. Performance verification demonstrated responsive zone control and consistent delivery of conditioned air throughout the facility.
The finished building provides ample space for restoration projects, storage, training, and office space for the Paul Davis team.
