H&H Mechanical provided and installed the following commercial HVAC and heating systems:

    • 13 Carrier VAV RTUs for office and production areas, with associated supply and return ductwork
    • 13 RTU roof curbs
    • All necessary natural gas piping serving the RTU units
    • 22 VAV boxes in the office area for zoning
    • Carrier BACnet i-Vu control system for HVAC controls throughout the office and production areas
    • All associated ductwork and controls for the VAV system
    • 7 gas-fired unit heaters
    • 1 ductless split system serving the office IT room

    Results

This project delivered a complete HVAC system designed for a manufacturing environment with ongoing production demands and internal equipment loads. All systems were installed in accordance with approved construction documents, mechanical schedules, and applicable codes.

The scope included rooftop HVAC units with high-efficiency gas heat and DX cooling, sized to support continuous operation typical of manufacturing spaces. Supply, return, and exhaust ductwork was shop-fabricated and installed to SMACNA standards, with air distribution planned to maintain consistent temperature control and effective air movement in active production areas.

Mechanical ventilation systems were installed to meet code-required outside air and exhaust rates. This supports indoor air quality and helps remove heat and airborne contaminants created during manufacturing processes.

HVAC equipment was integrated with programmable controls to support zoning between production and administrative areas, scheduling, and energy setbacks during non-production periods. Final startup, testing, air balancing, and commissioning verified airflow quantities, temperature performance, control sequences, and safety interlocks under real operating conditions. Closeout documentation was completed for system turnover and ongoing operation.
