    Results

This project delivered a complete heating, cooling, and ventilation system designed to serve high-bay warehouse areas and associated office spaces. Equipment was selected and installed per approved construction documents, mechanical schedules, and applicable codes.

Rooftop HVAC units provided high-efficiency gas-fired heating and DX cooling. Supply and return duct systems were shop-fabricated and installed to SMACNA standards, with air distribution planned for high-ceiling conditions to support proper air throw, circulation, and temperature uniformity in the occupied zone.

Dedicated outside air and exhaust systems were installed to meet code-required ventilation rates and indoor air quality needs. HVAC equipment was integrated with programmable controls to support zoning between warehouse and office areas, scheduling, and setback operation.

Final startup, testing, air balancing, and commissioning verified equipment operation, airflow quantities, temperature performance, control sequences, and safety interlocks. Closeout documentation was completed to support owner turnover.
