Brelie Gear

Brelie Gear is a full-service gear manufacturer based in Waukesha, Wisconsin. They support customers with deburring, finishing, grinding, heat treating, honing, prototyping, broaching, CNC machining, and gear manufacturing. Timeline: March 2019 to July 2019. H&H Mechanical installed HVAC equipment and supporting components for office and production areas.

Scope of Work

H&H Mechanical Contractors provided and installed:

H&H Mechanical provided and installed HVAC equipment and supporting components, including:

• 4 Carrier rooftop units (RTUs) for the office and production areas
• Associated supply and return ductwork for the RTU systems
• 4 RTU roof curbs
• All necessary natural gas piping serving the RTUs
• 4 stand-alone thermostats
• 1 reverse-acting exhaust fan serving the office IT room

Results

This project delivered a complete HVAC installation sized to meet the facility's heating, cooling, and ventilation demands. Ductwork was fabricated and installed to SMACNA standards, and air balancing was completed to support even airflow through both production and office spaces.

The installed system includes high-efficiency gas heating and DX cooling, paired with programmable controls to support scheduling and day-to-day operation. Outside air and exhaust components were installed to help meet ventilation requirements and support indoor air quality and occupant comfort.

Final startup, testing, and commissioning verified airflow, temperature control, and safe operation. The end result is a reliable HVAC system designed to support Brelie Gear's long-term facility use.
