    Results

The HVAC system for the Banker Wire project was completed per engineered drawings, applicable mechanical codes, and manufacturer installation standards. The work included mechanical rough-in, equipment installation, ductwork distribution, piping, controls integration, and final commissioning.

Custom ductwork was installed to SMACNA standards, sealed and insulated to support airflow performance and reduce energy loss. Refrigerant piping was sized and supported, then pressure tested, evacuated, and charged per manufacturer specifications. Gas piping and condensate drainage were installed with access in mind for service and long-term reliability. Electrical connections and low-voltage controls were completed and tested for proper sequencing.

Final startup included airflow verification, system balancing, safety checks, and performance testing. The completed HVAC and ventilation systems provide dependable heating and cooling, balanced air distribution, and efficient operation to support Banker Wire's facility needs.
